COMMUNICATION
ROE OFFICE TEAM EXPECTATIONS
Team Member:
Date:
Communicate respectfully with other team members. Ask for assistance rather than directing or dictating to coworkers.
When help is needed, clearly explain the task and ask whether another team member is available to assist.
If you have a concern with another team member, first bring the concern to Tara in the office. If the concern cannot be resolved, or if it involves Tara, bring it to Dr. Dailey.
Share work-related suggestions, workflow concerns, and improvement ideas with Tara.
Ask for help before becoming overloaded. Team members are expected to support one another when their own assigned responsibilities are under control.
Keep communication focused on patient care, teamwork, accuracy, and completing the day successfully.
WE ARE A TEAM. GOOD COMMUNICATION HELPS EVERYONE COMPLETE THE DAY AND LEAVE WORK AT WORK.
Acknowledgment
I understand the communication expectations above and agree to address concerns professionally and through the appropriate chain of communication.
